- How long does a typical reticulation installation take?
- Most residential estates of 40-100 units are commissioned within 6-10 weeks from contract, including bulk tank installation, pipeline runs, leak testing and per-home meter setup. Commercial and industrial sites are scoped individually.
- Do residents or tenants pay us, or pay you?
- Either model works. We can hand over a fully metered system for the estate or facility to bill in-house, or we can run the supply and billing as a managed service while you collect a service fee.
- What happens if the bulk tank runs low?
- Our smart monitoring triggers a refill order before consumption thresholds are hit. Sites on a managed supply contract effectively never run out. Refill logistics are our problem, not yours.
- Is reticulated LPG safer than cylinders?
- Yes. Pressure is regulated centrally, leak detection is continuous, and individual line valves isolate any incident automatically. Properly engineered reticulation removes the most common cylinder-era failure modes entirely.
- Can you retrofit an existing development?
- Absolutely. A large share of our work is retrofits, converting estates, hotels and factories from cylinder or diesel systems onto centralized LPG with minimal disruption to occupants.
